About this website
This website provides general information about Top Notch Docks, our marine construction services, service area, project examples, and ways to contact us. Website content is informational and may be changed, corrected, or updated without notice.
Service area and service scope
Top Notch Docks serves qualifying saltwater waterfront and Gulf-access properties in Cape Coral and Fort Myers, Florida only. Core services are custom dock construction, dock repair and restoration, dock and marine structure removal, and new boat lift installation.
Website descriptions do not create an obligation to accept a project. Final eligibility, project scope, materials, engineering, access requirements, permitting, scheduling, and pricing depend on the property and the written project agreement.
Estimate requests are not contracts
Submitting an estimate form, sending a chat message, calling, emailing, or discussing a project does not create a construction contract, guarantee a price, reserve a schedule, guarantee permit approval, or establish a final project scope.
Any binding scope, price, payment terms, warranty, schedule, change-order procedure, or other project terms must be stated in the applicable written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the parties.
Property-specific conditions, permits, and engineering
General website information about waterfront construction, dock repair, dock replacement, removal, boat lift installation, permitting, access, materials, or project planning is not a substitute for an inspection or property-specific evaluation.
Permitting requirements, code requirements, engineering requirements, manufacturer requirements, site conditions, water conditions, utility conflicts, access, and other factors can affect a project. The website should not be relied on as engineering, legal, surveying, environmental, or permitting advice.
Project photos and examples
Project photos and examples are provided to illustrate the type of work Top Notch Docks performs. They do not promise that another property will use the same design, materials, layout, price, schedule, permitting path, or result.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Top Notch Docks name, website design, written content, project photography, graphics, logos, and other original materials are owned by Top Notch Docks or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by applicable law.
User-submitted information
If you submit photos, plans, project details, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them for the purpose of discussing or evaluating your project. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including embedded forms, chat, reviews, maps, social platforms, analytics, or other tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Top Notch Docks does not control every aspect of third-party availability, security, or operation.

Nothing in these website terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes obligations expressly stated in a separate written project agreement.
